I took my son for a birthday party. He was very excited and enjoyed a lot. Plenty of free parking space available. They have toilets even for disable. Small coffee shop for parents to sit and relax

Went today for a birthday party and my 6 year old daughter was scared and became quite upset before heading in to play. One of the staff members (never caught his name) came and got me and then took her through for a little tour before the game began so she knew what to expect. He then stayed with her until she felt happy enough to run about on her own. Excellent customer care, thank you very much! Overall fantastic experience would definitely go back.

Great place for a party but customer service a bit lacking. We were greeted without a smile or welcome, just a form to complete with food preferences etc and some of the food was put out before they were at the table to eat it. Overall we felt as though we were a bit of a burden rather than paying guests.

Visited here this afternoon (Sunday 16th December), for my youngest Sons football teams Christmas Party.It was packed! The car park was so full you could hardly move and we struggled getting out of the place.Inside was pretty chaotic, there was a few birthday parties in and seats were full.Finally our lot were called in with the staff, they said they all had a blast, so much fun and a few people have said they want to book for birthdays next year.Food came out straight away, all ready with juice for them.Staff were great, very friendly and helpful.Only issues were how busy and crazy it was inside and the state of the carpark, even the staff were struggling to get out!Definitely worth a visit, the kids will love it.

Excellent. Been today with my 2 boys. They loved it. Played 3 games in about an hour. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Good banter with the guys in the arena.Only thing I wished they done, was print outs for kids games. Would loved to know how many of the delightful dears I shot.Recommend and will be back.

Kids loved the actual battle zone. However felt like there was no personal touch. We waited at the entrance for a little while and no member of staff came to greet us, we then made our way to the counter where we were dealt with by a member of staff and paid our bill. Staff gathered kids in...no one asked who was the birthday child! ....Kids came out and I had to take them to the party room where food was brought out, food was definitely not the best...2 chicken nuggets and a small handful of chips is pretty lame. Then we were left to it. Never saw a member of staff enter our room again. We left with no thank you or happy birthday. Pretty poor if you ask me and as a parent to 5 children and have had and been to many birthday parties this has definitely been the worst for making the child feel special and welcomed.

My son and I have just got back. This was our first visit. We will definitely be going again. My son is 11 and he thinks it was class. The best laser game he has been to. He is already asking when we can go again.I'll have to wait until I cool down a bit.Excellent place and staff.

I took my daughter and friends here for her 9th birthday it was brilliant. Kids loved it the party food was very good the staff are very friendly and helpful thank you. And for us we sat in the lounge and had the best bowl of potato skins and nachos ever and the cheapest around lush. Highly Recommend this place.
