Great location with free parking, I was a little confused on where it was but could easily find it again now I know its even there. Such a wonderful lady, so personable and professional. I had brows waxed, nails and toe nails done all the day before my wedding. My nails still look lovely and it's been 3 weeks today, sadly have to be off by Monday for work though.Would 100% recommend. Great service and from what I could see one of the only places that did all the things I wanted in one place. And sometimes that's a bad thing as one thing might be below par, however Henrietta is on point with everything! 10/10!

I am absolutely obsessed with my new brows! Henrietta did the most amazing job! She is so insanely talented and is patient and thorough with her work. She walks you through every stage of the process to ensure you are happy and comfortable. I could not recommend her services MORE!!

I had a really wonderful experience seeing Henrietta for microblading and microneedling. I came in not knowing a lot about the procedures but she was very patient, smart and helpful in helping me know what's good for me. She made me comfortable from the each consultations, and she's professional during the procedures and its aftercare. Her office is very clean and organized, and offers lots of parking too. Highly recommend that you see her for all your beauty needs.

I am absolutely in LOVE with my new eyebrows. Hettie is professional and friendly,with a calm and relaxed manner that put me totally at ease. She was meticulous and the results are amazing. I have been going to HenriettaCharlotte for many years now and I would not go anywhere else. Her salon is in a lovely part of Cheltenham and is immaculate and welcoming. Hetti is an incredible artist who is kind hearted, warm in her approach and delivers fantastic treatments every visit. I recommend her to all my family and friends without hesitation knowing they will always get first class results.

In the last week I have had both my lips done and ombré brows done. I have been an absolute pain of a patient due to worrying about the pain of needles for my lips, worried about having that awful pouty lip, or worried the ombré brows won’t suite me. Henrietta always responded to all my questions and worries with an understanding and sympathetic attitude which helped me to feel relaxed. My brows are perfect! She got the shape just right for my face and used the best colour pigment to suit my skin tone etc. My lips I asked for a natural non pouty lip, to bring up my top lip as it was non existent. Henrietta got them perfect and took everything I said on board. I love them! I couldn’t of asked for a more patient, understanding, professional, talented and welcoming technician!
