My girlfriend really enjoyed her massage and got on really well with the staff here. Lovely addition to the local community! Highly recommended.

Treatments are good however curlstoner service unfortunately not.Booking an appointment over the phone was so difficult it tainted the whole experience. Confirmed information twice only to be called back later by another staff member saying I had been advised incorrectly - eventually reluctantly agreeing to honour what I had previously been told and booked!Not a positive start to a first experience and way to treat two potential new regular clients.Actual treatment were lovely.Second time tried to book as part of a groupon and no appointments available (completely understand). But as the website booking showed availability I asked about non groupon appointments and had the same line no appointments available for groupon bookings" repeated 3 times - despite me clarifying more than once I was no longer asking about a groupon appointment.Eventually due to the rudeness and avoidance i decided not to book at all and will not be using the groupon or Tycio again. Tycio due to a lack of customer service have lost what would have been two very regular customers."

Rip off. Bought my wife three consecutive treatments from Groupon for an afternoons' pampering. Something came up and we had to cancel on the day. We were told that there's a 48 hr cancellation policy and we might lose the bookings but then called back and they offered to re book one of the treatments using our vouchers. My wife went there for a massage but following the treatment was then told that they could no longer honour their agreement and charged her another £40!

I regularly visit for waxing. Jasmine is caring and gentle. Love the relaxed atmosphere.

Visited today for a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage. I loved that they asked about the pressure and any areas I wanted to focus on beforehand - the pressure was perfect and this is something that makes me go back. It felt very clean and safe with current guidelines. I would happily recommend and I have booked another appointment!

Fantastic treatments again from Jasmine, I can honestly say each and every treatment she has given has been simply the best! She really makes you feel very cared for and pampered, a complete natural at what she does. I always look forward to my treatments, couldn’t be any better! Had my eyebrows waxed with Claire lovely lady very professional bubbly lady made me feel at home and very pleased with the result x then had my nails done by the lovely Chloe,made me very welcome chatty and professional and made me feel at ease x will definitely be going back,well done ladies x
