I had a fantastic experience while visiting The Car Warehouse, Bridgend.There were 2 sales personnel there, Sam and Seb.These 2 young men couldn't have been more helpful. They were not pushy. They were willing to let me test drive as many cars as I needed to without any presumption that I would be purchasing a car that day.When I did decide on a vehicle I'd like to buy, Sam went over all of the pre sales options again with no expectation or over powering sales techniques.The after sales curtesy call a few days after collection my vehicle was much appreciated.I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Had a great experience buying a car from here. Good prices, good quality, and very helpful staff. Seb was a big help as he sorted out the car so I could pick it up later that same day, which we were very pleased about. Salesman was very helpful and it was an easy process to purchase. However, the vehicle did not come with a handbook, I have asked for one but no response as yet. I was also informed that the vehicle had hand brake assist feature and it does not. Not one hundred percent happy, I admit that the car wasn't an expensive purchase but all the same I

Very impressed with the service at the Car Warehouse, Bridgend. We were visiting South Wales from Devon and were interested in buying a Renault plug in hybrid which was advertised. Simon could not have been more helpful. He was mostly interested in ensuring that we got the car we wanted. No sales pressure and everything was sorted and ready for us to drive away the car on the Sunday, am delighted with our purchase.

We were looked after by Liam Jacka at the Bridgend branch from start to finish. He and another colleague of his were very thoughtful offering us cool water on the hot days we visited. We also enjoyed the coffee too! Liam was very patience and gave no sales pressure at all. We bought our first electric car from them and the service, preparation and attention was top notch. Big thank you to Liam and and colleagues. 10 out of 10.
