Very unprofessional, made me waste my time. Lady in the shop tried to push me to buy one of her wedding dresses but I didn't like it as I don't like fake diamonds and bad taste dresses. I found a simple one somewhere else and lady said she can do alterations. She was was clearly upset I didn't buy her dress and played with me , settings several times alteration appointments and didn't turn up or telling me to come back next week. The game took over 2 months making me waste my time, energy and really did upset me.Doesn't deserve even one star but can't go lower than that.Not recommended!!!!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.Not caring about the customer needs. Lady seems very nice and helpful but just trying to sell all the clothes accordingly to her taste, which are just awful and turns out she’s really forcing you to buy something.Be aware if they are promising you to help you with finding what you like and suits you cause it’s just a scam !!!!!

I have bought 3 evening dresses so far from Roma Boutique. The shop has some amazing clothes, and they are all a bit different to the chain stores. The best things about the store is Maria the owner who is extremely helpful, and does the alterations with no extra charge, as well being very friendly. My only criticism is that there are too may tempting dress on offer, and I don't have much will power! It's a rare treat to get such personal and friendly customer service these days, and I will be back again before my next cruise no doubt!
