The Lawrence rooms is a delightful, elegant and luxurious bnb a stone's throw from the centre.The property is an old Georgian house that has been renovated down to the smallest detail, there are different types of rooms, all well-kept clean, with every comfort and exceptional design.We stayed in one of the smaller ones, and it was perfect for us, every detail is taken care of, coffee and tea in the room, excellent bed linen and towels, very soft bathrobes, modern hairdryer, usb sockets, etc..The manager, Emmett, will welcome you with extreme courtesy and kindness.There are communal areas in the hotel, a small tea and coffee corner with an ice machine, and also a beautiful living room with a fireplace.Normally we rarely have breakfast on site as when we travel we want to take advantage of the day and discover the local cafés.But I must say that this time I highly recommend sitting down and enjoying the wonderful breakfast they offer.We also decided to take a little more time in the morning and relax in the wonderful lounge, this house is a pampering for the soul.Fantastic and comfortable stay, free roadside parking, quiet and safe area despite being within walking distance of the centre, high standing facilities and wonderful food.Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended, we will definitely return if we are in the region.

Fantastic accommodation. Stayed in a beautiful comfortable room. Bathroom and room were spotless with fab toiletries and robes. Lovely seating area in the foyer with coffee machine, fresh water, ice and hot croissants in the morning which were delicious. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and was first class. We will definitely be back. Very handy walk to Derry city for restaurants and bars. Plenty of safe parking.

Gorgeous Hotel, lovely decor with very welcoming staff. Plenty of on-street parking, complimentary teas and coffees. Breakfast was delicious. Would Highly Recommend.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in my traveling life! This little cozy hotel is in very English style and it brings you in the atmosphere of old times. It felt absolutely amazing to stay in there. Room is very clean and beautiful. It is in the perfect location, everything you want is around. The staff members are very welcoming and polite especially Emmet - the property manager. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful B&B. Collin and Alisha are the best! They went out of their way to take care of us for our quick visit to this little boutique hotel! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! The breakfast was amazing as well! we hated to leave. walkability to the city center is great. 10 minute walk tops.

We booked this hotel as a party of 10 in August 2023 for mid October, initially the owner / manager reserved our booking and confirmed we should ring back in September to pay the deposit, we sent on names of all parties to secure the rooms.In September the organiser rung back and tried to pay the deposit, owner of the establishment said they would call back, they didnt, start of October the same, eventually 1 week before our stay the owner completely stopped answering calls from our party without any explanation.Clearly they sold their rooms on for more money, which is bad practice but would have been fine had we been communicated clearly to in September however they strung us along and left us under one week to get alternative accommodation in Derry.Ive never experienced anything like this from a hotel and it was Absolutely unacceptable customer service which left our partys organiser under stress. Avoid

We stayed in this beautifully restored former nuns home last week. It was beautifully restored and original features were still intact such as stain glass windows and fireplaces.Our bedroom however was a little small for 2 people and there was no bedside tables otherwise fabulous stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.Anne

What a fabulous place to stay. You have got to go and stay. Everything was absolutely 100%. You couldn’t fault anything.Will definitely be booking to stay again.We stayed 7 nights. Thank you for the excellent 5 Star service.
