I contacted Sandra to enquire about an EPC assessment for my home as part of a re-mortgage that we are completing.Sandra was very responsive, helpful and both understanding and flexible when a bout of Covid delayed our original appointment.Sandra was friendly and completed the assessment in a very non-intrusive but efficient manner gathering everything she needed and explaining the process clearly, and provided the completed assessment and certification later that same day.Would recommend to others should you be looking for somebody to provide an EPC certification without hesitation. Sandra’s report was very insightful and addressing areas of concern we discussed in detail. Apart from the analysis it also gave pretty much step by step guide on how to approach resolution of the issues at hand. Particularly i found all the contact info very useful to the departments/ bodies that can help resolve my queries as otherwise i wouldn’t know where to start.As house repairs are not cheap, the heads up on the upcoming release of government grant was very helpful. This is something that i would not be otherwise aware of as probably more obvious to a professional of the industry.
