Absolute cowboys! Rude when reporting a fault with the door on first occasion, second time they removed a part and never came back! Will NOT answer calls, emails or texts! Disgraceful service!

A builder was doing an extension on our property about 15/20 years ago and he used Primefit. So we contacted them when we wanted other windows changed. We were pleased to see them still in business. The whole process from contact to fitting was made without fuss and the windows are already making our house feel warmer inside. We had Primefit windows come to replace our windows, to be honest the quality of finish is not as good as I would have like in the bedroom we still have a large gap in one of the windows when it’s shut, they attempted with a lot of banging and hammering but to know avail. When my wife complained she was given quite a bit of bad feeling over her complaining all I think now is I wish I’d used another company as I would never use Primefit windows for anything else. A picture has been added of the window in our bedroom shut with the gap showing very clearly.

On the face of it the owner is very pleasant. Had the back windows done in June 2022, all fine, all in all a good job and product. Because of this we decided to have the front done, replacing the windows with sliders - similar to sash but with spring tensioners instead of weights as they had all been removed many years ago. So began our problems - one of the springs immediately broke. We were promised it would be repaired - this was Oct 22. We had a guy come to repair it in April, it broke immediately. Still haven't had it repaired, owner keeps promising, booking a date, then cancelling. Not been able to open our bedroom window for over a year. Also he has not given us our FENSA certificates. Had to escalate this to FENSA who are investigating- it is a legal requirement to have these certificates, particularly if selling. Have now registered a complaint with Trading Standards as a product not fit for purpose. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY.

Primefit was recommended to me by a friend who had recently used them. I had been looking for a while to have have my guttering/facia/soffit replaced, some of the quotes were astronomical, also, I was let down a while ago by someone who said they would do the job, and then didn’t turn up. I felt most reassured after meeting with Aaron, who gave me a very competitive quote. The job was completed last week, in the pouring rain, the guys were really professional and worked so hard, with minimal mess. I am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend Primefit, and would be happy for anyone to look at the work they have done here.

Aaron and his team at Primefit do outstanding work and I highly recommend them. They installed two doors and a window in my utility room this week and the finish is excellent! The room has been transformed into a warm, bright, inviting space. The delivery of one of the door panels was slightly delayed and I had good, forthright communication from Aaron about it. Most of the work was completed on the first day and then the missing panel was inserted very quickly on a second visit. Primefit’s customer service has been excellent since the initial consultation and continues even after the job is done. I feel confident that if any issues arise, I’ll be able to contact Aaron and the team and they’ll sort them out. I’ll definitely be having them back again and recommend to all my friends!

We recently had our fascias, soffits and guttering replaced by primefit and they did an excellent job. Great quality work, great price, the guys were friendly, professional and left everything very tidy. I would recommend primefit and would definitely use them again.
