Signed up to one of their broadband packages at the start of October, emailed a few times since asking when someone would be round to intall the receiver so I'd get broadband. No response. Communication was great before i signed up. Was trying to support local and not go to the big broadband guys. Really disappointed with this i had high expectations. If I'd even had a response saying it would be a few weeks until it could be carried out i would be ok with that but to be completely ignored is poor.

I have been with Caley Comm for close to 2 years now and i must say that theur technical and afater sale service is extremely good. During the storms service was hardly interrupted but there were lots of emails updating customers on outages. The outages were respelled promptly and engineers were working over night to get this resolved. Just today i had a problem with my internet and they sent an engineer out twice until it was resolved. There are not many companies that react so quickly and 5 star to them

When it works it’s ok, but if something goes wrong with their signal the response from the contact email is hit and miss, and there’s no number to call when their service is down.

Superb service from Connor and team, good value too. Fixed all our WiFi issues in a few hours. Highly recommended
