Not once have the staff offered to help (I'm 73). Unlike my home town of Sheffield. But, easy access, never had to queue. Used when sorting father -in -law house out.

Last week I was driving all over the place picking stuff up as I’m doing work in the house. I stopped at Redbridge and was told I’d have to pay a charge for all my waste… came to £20. I drove home and stopped at Dix Pit. I usually go here as I live in Witney and the staff were once again really friendly and couldn’t understand why the other place was charging me. I’ll always use Dix Pit.

It was a nice day out. I enjoyed unloading my rubbish and knowing that it was being disposed of in the right place. The staff were very helpful pointing me towards the appropriate skip and making sure that items were not mixed with wrong items, such as wood and metal etc.Would recommend it to people who have rubbish that they wish to dispose of

Lucky to have this tip near us, hardly ever busy during the week days, weekends get pretty busy.Great that they don't limit you to a certain amount of runs (unless in a commercial vehicle) and they don't make you book slots.The chap Des that works there is super helpful and nice!

Staff so helpful even helped to unload trailer and I had dropped branches over floor. I started to pick the little bits up and was told not worry and he would clean it up. I regret not asking his name he's a star as are all the staff there.

I go there almost every week. Everyone is helpful sometimes you can meet staff which is not that helpful but most of them are pretty good bunch. Also I like the facilities but you need to give accurate information when you enter so you know where to put the items quickly.
