My favourite place for a treat. It had a really relaxed adult atmosphere and the staff are lovely and knowledgeable about their food and drink. I love the skewers hanging over your table and have had the beef, chicken and fish and they are all absolutely delicious. The wine is also excellent and good value.

Absolutely incredibly, some of the best food I’ve had in quite a while. The beef short rib and hanging lamb kebab melted in the mouth. Will definitely return!

I would recommend booking in advance for this place it's very small & gets busy quickly. Staff are very friendly & efficient, explaining how the food is prepared & served. Skewers are hung from plates on the roof & you remove your meat with tongs. Steak etc comes on a normal plate with chips & onion rings. Prices are decent considering what you get

Best Chateaubriand we have ever tasted. Cooked to perfection, succulent, juicy and very tasty. Hand cut chips were delicious, onion rings were awesome and blue cheese sauce and red wine sauce accompanied the dish a dream. Both our children had a fillet that melted in their mouths.The staff were very welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble throughout out dining experience.Highly recommend this gem of a restaurant. Can't wait to return to taste the other delights that were being served around us.

Thoroughly enjoyed our lunch date with friends. Alex was fantastic as our waiter / server / receptionist / choice maker etc. The food was exquisite and fresh. Enjoyed every meal and even got the recipe for the sticky toffee pudding. Would recommend this place over a decade over again.

Fantastic food, lovely atmosphere and excellent staff. Really enjoyed the beef skewer and the starter. The waitress was great, very attentive and friendly. All in all a great meal out, will certainly visit again.

Lovely place in the centre of Cardiff. I think it's best to book by I was lucky in getting an early evening table. Most tables were reserved. Very pleasant atmosphere and nice decor, the staff were friendly and attentive and the food was fantastic.I would definitely visit this place again, my only (minor) reservation was the fact that the bill included a 10% service charge by default. I was going to leave a tip anyway, as the service was good, but I don't think places should automatically add it, if I hadn't looked closely at the bill, they'd have been left two tips.

Great food for meat lovers and dare I say best steak in Cardiff try it and see for yourselfs it is pricey but you are paying for quality.
