After being unable to get time critical suspension issues from more than one dealership looked at, I took my X5 to Lewis 4x4.Within 5 minutes it was on a ramp and fault diagnosed, and despite being heavily booked up was booked in within days and parts ordered immediately. Outstanding attentive service from Dawn and the team, and back on the road after a fuss free and friendly experience.Dealerships can take a leaf from their book !

Outstanding place, knowledge on land rovers is out of this world. Mine has been to a few garages and still no wiser. Took it here and all problems diagnosed within half a day. Brilliant. 100per cent recommend these if you have a land rover. A++++

Took my L405 in for 2 exhaust sensors. After having it back, it still had the same issue which baffled me.Turns out they fitted the wrong ones on the wrong bank then tried convincing me it was my remap causing the issue, and fobbed me off.Made me feel like it was my fault which infuriated me.Took it for a second opinion and they fitted the correct sensor which sorted the problem straight away.However, Due to lewis' incompetence I ended up with a bigger bill and a dpf failure which cost me considerably more money.Not a specialist in any senseHappy to do work on your car until its their fault then they fob you off.

Had my clutch changed about 2 months ago and yesterday my gear box mount snapped took it to another garage for fixing and they did that Lewis Land Rovers didn’t tighten the gearbox mount.

This is a fantastic garage to deal with had a few issue with my velar they were superb to deal with I Highley recommend

Dawn has been incredibly helpful organising a vehicle inspection prior to purchasing a second hand 4x4. Managing timing between the seller the buyer and the garage, very accommodating and generous with the available times. Fingers crossed the sale goes through.

Took my recently purchased Evoque to Lewis 4x4 to investigate problems with the clutch pedal. They diagnosed the issue and contacted the Warranty provider and the Dealership to discuss best plan of action. Everything was agreed with minimal stress and running about for me. Lewis 4X4 went above and beyond to sort out where the responsibility lay to fix my vehicle and agreements have been put in place to get it fixed.
