Hillside Travels
I booked a plane ticket from Myanmar to Bangladesh in February this year. Hillside Travels were not only unable to provide the ticket after taking the money for it, but three months later and I still have not received a refund. As other reviewers have stated, I would definitely recommend to avoid using this company.

Great travel agent, very reliable. I have been using Hillside Travels for over 12 years, every year to travel with my family.The customer service is fantastic and all the staff are very caring. The Money Transfer department is also very trust worthy as I have been using Hillside to send my money to Bangladesh for many many years now and there has never been a problem. The staff in the Money Transfer are also very kind and take time with your money so there is never a problem.

Not very knowledgeable agents on the phone, I'm having to haggle prices which they have their own conduct of making whatever they can for however much they can from whoever they can. Other travel agents, iqra Bethnal Green, surma travels bricklane , Hussain travels Canon st, kushiara travel commercial road you name them, all make endless promises and deploy fierce sarcasm borderline patronising

I called this company for the first time spoke to a man who tried to make fun of my accent I clearly explained to him I couldn’t speak his language then I spoke in English which he found difficult to understand so had to repeat myself few times. He Sounded quiet rude dunno what he thought of himself I hope he gets the message that as customers we have many choices of travel agencies to choose from and if he really wants to have a successful business customer service is vital.

I received great customer service from Hillside! Everyone was very friendly and my travel agent was super helpful. They always have really great and affordable deals. I will definitely always book with Hillside and recommend everyone to do so too!
