Called auto tech to ask about tyre psi levels for my car and was told to call somewhere else in less than a minute. I have been using this store for years for info and car parts and have never seen such shocking customer service. Sound like a women on the phone not to sure. disgusting.

Really good service went above and beyond and great price for part cheaper than everyone else will defo use again

Went to buy a front wiper blade for my Yaris and, despite me saying to check the part at the time, they gave me the wrong part. I took it back and was given the correct" part as they said. Needless to say

Very helpful and friendly. Helped me out of a jam when I needed a new battery for a motorhome, even suggested I might want to go somewhere else that was closer to where I'd broke down thus losing him business! Made the trip and the battery and tools were waiting for me. Very reasonable prices too. Reccomended.

Complete gamble. In one telephone call or visit you’ll speak to a perfectly friendly member of staff. All too often though you’ll get through to the extremely rude and aggressive Neanderthal they have working there. Your staff selection needs an overhaul.I had a simple enquiry about a part, when I could get a word in between his extremely loud “words”, he argued without even understanding my query. I ended up putting the phone down. I’m assuming he continued to shout at himself for a while.Unfortunately in three calls and visits I’ve dealt with this person twice.Upon reading other reviews I’ve realised that this might be the owner. In that case it’s game over

Extremely rude! Rang for a quote guy couldn’t here the reg I provided several times. Said I am going to say I haven’t got them and slammed the phone down. I will take my business somewhere else. Disgusting customer service.

Although Autotech had all parts required I struggled with the wipers, the owner did come out to assist but made it clear he was unhappy about this, I found him rude and arrogant! Whilst in his shop he shouted at another customer to move out of his way! I’ve used Autotech on and off for many years and because of the owners rudeness and arrogance will definitely be the last, I would rather go to Halfords “and that’s saying something”
