Water Meadows Leisure Complex

Tried to ring regarding price 7 times still not through no one amswering and i just want to knlw why the price say seven for adult under 4 free yet i go yo book n its 9 pounds where has the other 2 pounds come from if its abooking fee then its disgusting i have to book online or risk turning up to be told they full to capacity which i have done in past n turned me away with a 3 yr old upset and id traveled from chesterefield i aslo asked on that day as i was lucky they actualy answered the phone to ask if i could just turn up they said yes drove half hrwith an excited little girl to be turned away no more spaces left ..so just answer the phone for query

Went on the first Sunday of the 6 week holidays, and chose the 1pm session. Wasn't too busy at all, barely had to wait at all for the slides, most times we were straight back on. They also a floating obstacle course on the other pool for no extra cost and kids weren't required to be swimmers as everyone was asked to wear a life vest. Twice we've been now and both times have been very impressed as it hasn't been too busy which obvs impacts wait times for the slides. If anything I'd say the changing rooms could be a bit cleaner.

The parking is good free after 3pm the pool is excellent ,slides were good only downfall changing rooms and female toilets had a potent urine smell

Swimming classes are absolutely joke ! 1.5 months and 2 sessions already cancelled and the won’t refund unless you have £10 in your balance, how is that even legal???I'm going to find better place for my daughter, completely waste of time.

Good points -Parking is free.Yellow slide is good.Bad points -White slide too slow, you have to use your arms to move down the slide.Red slide out of order.Too many people in the pool, you could only walk in the water as not enough space around you.Wave machine only activated twice.Finally.....£42 for a family of 5 for exactly 1hr in the pool is extortionate for a local swimming baths.

The new Climbzone is really good! Different difficulty levels (love the beanstalk!) That challenge & great staff. Kids found it easier to clip into the system than clipnclimp. We'll be back!

couldn't give full stars as I came here with a 2 year old the revamp is amazing big improvements made and we had loads of fun but around the pool the tiles are wet and slippy and you have to use these to get to the new splash pad which isn't great with a toddler also I fell over and hurt myself as the floor in the pirate pool is also very slippy white tiles my toddler escaped the baby pool so I went to get in the big pool to get him and slipped over how I didn't bang my head I have no idea. very dangerous floors all around

Took my children for a swim, only positive is the slides other than that it's pretty bad. We booked our tickets, but i have no idea why as the place was rammed, and even if you have a different colour band on, they never told anyone to leave, so pretty pointless. Too busy, and we found blood in the changing rooms, plasters on the floor, and unbelievably a nappy floating around the pool!!!!! The lifeguards must be literally 12!! So, with older kids being idiots and nearly drowning younger kids, they dont say anything! My 4 year old went down the white slide with me about 5 times, and then we was told she's too young.... ok. Would not recommend and won't be going back.

Nice but could be better. There is so many people at the same time for swimming, could reduce the crowd. Wave pool was good and enjoyed.All swimming accessories is available at the reception at low cost. Staff is friendly and have a cafe during waiting time. Slides are good and again wait time is bit long. Kids pool is enjoyable for the little ones. Parking is free and got many available also at peak hours.

On Saturday me and my kids decided to come here the pirate pool was amazing my kids loved it and want to go again. All staff were lovely especially Weronica. She was very helpful she had given me a tour around when I mentioned getting a membership overall its a great place would come again.
