Our office ordered some food from here. It wasn't ready when someone went to pick it up and had to wait +1 hour for our food to be ready. When we received the food, my order was wrong, the chips were cold on people's food (some weren't even cooked), there portions were tiny and when we spoke to the staff about our order, they didn't want to know. Her attitude stank and the staff were extremely rude to the person who called to complain. We will not be ordering from here again, despite being regulars. Severely disappointed to say the least.

Really poor experience, after ordering we waited for 20 minutes to be told that what we ordered was unavailable. Then had another wait whilst other tables who came in after us were being served. One lunch arrived but not the other one. When I went to ask where it was I was met with a very aggressive response from the owner. This woman then followed me back into the seating area and continued to tell me quite abrubtly that I could have my money back whilst all other customers could see and hear this. Not a pleasant experience and we won’t be back

Order from here quite regularly and it's usually spot on. Ordered today for collection at 1. Had to wait for an hour (had a power cut so a small delay is understandable but an hour is unacceptable) food was soggy and cold. Rang to complain and and was met with a rude lady who really wasn't bothered. Such a shame as we love it here usually

Went today and it was quiet. We ordered a pork and stuffing baguetter and bbq chicken baguette. As we waited a few people came in after 10 minutes. Then they started getting their food well before us. After half hour the server told us it was in the oven. It won't be long. After 10 minutes the baguettes came out and honest it was like they tried to cook it in the sunlight. The baguettes weren't even cooked. The pork was actually chicken and wasn't cooked in gravy so was dry and changing colour like it was on yesterdays dinner menu. The bbq chicken had cheese on which wasn't melted. All the food was cold. The chips were rotten and dried right out. The only positive was the salad and coleslaw. No ine wanted to know and we actually left and went somewhere else. What a waste. Worst bit was tried to message on their facebook page about it as well and I got blocked. Mys have remembered me and didn't want the bad publicity. They ask their customers for only good reviews. Shouldn't even be asking

Had full breakfast, lovely with high quality products and huge portion next time will have smaller version !! 2 sausages , 2 eggs , hash browns , Tom's, beans , black pudding , mushrooms, lovely bacon the best I have had in a long time , won't be going back to our usual venue !!! And just £7.50 AMAZING

Terrible experience. Our food came an hour late to then find out the panini had chicken in which my girlfriend doesn’t like. We were then told they would send another one out only to wait 2.5 hours for it to come. We were told many times that it was on the way only for them to then tell us they didn’t have our address. Our what should have been breakfast turned into an early tea! Other than this the food was actually quite nice but service was terrible!

What a fantastic place this is! been took over a couple of months a go and hard to believe it could get better but wow!! food is fantastic and the staff are so welcoming....keep doing what your doing
