Ordered a Salbutamol inhaler online. Took them days to announce they rejected the order and refunded me. No reasons given. This is essential medication for me as an asthmatic since childhood. Unable to get from my GP as they failed to add it to my repeat prescription despite me aking them to. Disgusting non-service to a customer with a chronic condition. Avoid them like the plague.

Fantastic service and customer support. Order 2 items about 4am on Monday morning for next working day delivery. I found out on the Tuesday afternoon that I’d made a mistake entering my email address so contacted Ashcroft on Tuesday evening. Had a reply 1st thing Wednesday morning mentioning the incorrect email but the items had been dispatched. On returning home they we’re waiting on my door mat.Can’t fault them at all

We ordered Omeprazole online on 17 Jan with delivery given as 2-3 days for which we paid extra as needed before travelling this week. No sign of the orders far. Money taken shown on our bank statement for 17/1/23. We have phoned several times since 23 Jan., goes to voicemail, left messages for them to get back in touch urgently - NOTHING! Has this business gone out of business but still advertising & taking online payments?
