Ben is an extremely friendly, efficient, courteous, professional. He serviced my boiler and changed a valve, explaining everything to me and keeping me informed of prices as he went along. Wore shoe coverings without being asked which I've never heard of before. Again, reinforces his respect for other people's homes. Cleaned up after himself so no mess, again something of a novelty! Initial appointment was very quick and work completed was great value for money. I would definitely recommend him to others and he will be my first port of call for any plumbing and boiler issues. Emergency call out on Good Friday, I left an early morning call and it was returned very quickly-amazing response, attended within the time frame given, professional and with great attention to detail.Thankyou Ben. I think google has found us a new plumber.
