Great location. Great taste, choices, ambience and service. Would recommend for a group of friends as a hang out place for drinks and dining and conversation.24/11/19: My fifth visit her and I decided to order online on their app. Was pretty cool. Had a nice time and as always.. great taste.

They do have a purpose wether spoons a community pub which offers food for an affordable price ! It’s a nice pub with a fantastic beer garden with one of the best cheap breakfasts around & the menu is affordable! I am not a massive fan of these pubs but they do a fill a gap in the market and hit it quite well !

Service lets this place down but i have visited on numerous occasions for different reasons.I have studied for university exams here and got absolutely legless here too up to you really it is what you make it but this was the first place I came to when covid restrictions lifted and it is no different today than it was then, change isn’t something stalybridge does (generally)

One of my fave spoons in the area. They've done a good job of the outdoor space and it's cosy fire inside makes it perfect for the winter. Foods been good so far.

I go here at least once a month. Service at the bar is great. Table service isn't. Sent my food and drinks to the wrong table last time I was there despite having to put in a table number. They completely forget drinks. Food is usually missing something or not hot

Quick and easy family meal. Well fed after decent food at a good price. Table cleaned as we got there. Easy access to condiments and sitting in the area to the right of the entrance is just lovely. So open and comfortable.

Very quiet on a Monday afternoon, but we didn't wait long for food. 3 plates, cola and 2 coffees less than £20. Food wasn't as good as The Ash Tree last week.

I used to rate this place a great all-rounder, but over the past 18 months, the food is very poor and seems to either be nuked or cooked using the heat lamp awaiting the server. Great place for drinks cheap and cheerful, probably only reason why I return.

Last visited: February 2023Spot of breakfast this morning. Typical Weatherspoons pub. Good service with standard grub at low prices. It was even busy during the day on a weekday.

Absolutely appalling food and service. Missed part of the meal and argued that we hadn't ordered it as another member of staff turned up with the missing items. Staff cleaning tables with a cigarette in their mouth. On the good side the beer was nice.
