Horrifying and very unprofessional experience.Following hours of poor advice and charges, totally wasting my time and not achieving anything positive, I was further charged over £300 for a 22 minute phone call basically covering their own backs and the principal of the firm couldn't care less. only interested in their fees, very unethical.Low reviews speaks for itself.

They are very slow, we have been waiting about a month for their response!We paid them and they still haven't done their job.Evidently... Each client has a different value for them. Some customers are treated as having low priority.

Was given this company for an injuries claim through my insurance. I had no guidance in regards to paperwork etc by solicitor (all done through emailing), and was not made aware how to do this properly. Led to being charged later on. Clear lack of care for clients and all about the end result. Would not recommend.

Not happy with the service from them so far.Not sure why a trainee solicitor would be dealing with will disputes saying it would cost &20.0000 and £30.0000 which are not even numbers they have all of our private details.
