Cycletech dundee and perth

Recently contacted Simon regarding repairs and service required to a high end mountain bike. Arranged an appointment within a few days and given the long waiting times in local bike shops it was refreshing to have the work carried out at my home within such a short timescale. Simon was very efficient, knowledgable and professional. All works completed to a very high standard and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

I had my mountain bike repaired by this company on 03/11/22. Very professional service and I am very pleased. Simon the technician replaced my rear inner tube and the small cog at the bottom of my gear derailleur which was broken. My repairs were covered under the government scheme which he told me about which meant that I did not owe anything which was an added bonus. Simon repaired my bike at my home also

First off, the basic idea of a cycle repair van is a brilliant one, and a lifesaver for those of us who use our bikes to get around since getting a broken down bike to a shop is at best a major hassle. Second Simon was an absolute diamond, he works fast, efficiently, and meticulously. He was able to come up with and implement a fix on the spot for a really tricky wiring issue on my bike, working around missing parts, broken connections and a wires that needed splicing. He even made sure the fix was compatiblewith my pannierclips before wrapping up. Would absolutely recommend for the convenience alone, nevermind the efficiency and expertise!

I contacted Cycletech after I was unable to book myself into the 3 bicycle repair shops in Dundee, as they were all busy, and unable to fix or service my bike. However, if I'd known Cycletech was an option, this would have been the first place I would have tried. Simon was brilliant and spent time fixing my bike, and seemed to really enjoy what he does. Highly recommended, and I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again. Thanks again Simon.
