The best gym, with the best atmosphere and incredible, experienced coaches. The best thing I ever did was sign up to their ShrED programme a year and a half ago. I’ve lost weight, whilst I’ve gained so much confidence, strength and knowledge, and gained a whole new family. Wouldn’t train anywhere else. Ever.

I love the studio classes. Friendly, helpful staff. They have faced many challenges this year and throughout all have remained entirely focused on providing the safest most professional service they can. They are constantly improving the facilities and all for an affordable membership fee. Fantastic
