Rug and Roll

Purchased a rug back in August. The company's website said the item was in stock. I ordered a rug and waited a month before contacting the company, only to be told that the item was never in stock. I called and was told it would arrive very soon. The item never arrived. I tried for months to get a refund and was told every time that it would go through in a few days. This never happened and I was never called back. After four months of hard work, I have finally managed to get the company to issue a refund. The worst experience I have ever had with a company.

Lovely rug, the second I have bought from this company. Fast delivery, beautiful original and reasonable prices.

After the vinly was installed, the vinly fitter was cheaky and said something like, it is not a big job to be worth the while"--he did not want to do the job even though he was paid to do it."
