We go to Play Planet every couple of months.Soft play is great, prepare to get hot.Would love to see them get rid of the £1 machines and display of expensive snack food as it puts me off taking the kids as they always want money to buy stuff and unhealthy snacks. Wish they would provide healthier food options.Also, a cheaper after school option would be great.

It's good compared to other soft plays we are used to. It has good light and is a lot of fun. A good selection of slides.Its a shame the outdoor area play isn't available anymore (was fun back in 2018!). The trampolines are gone too.It's also ridiculously overpriced.Having said that the staff were lovely and the place looked clean and well presented.Nice little sit down area with comfortable sofas. Clean and tidy hygene facilities. Thoughtfulness towards toilet training.

Since the management change this place had improved immensely!It is clean, tidy and every single staff member are fun, friendly, happy and helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.Birthday parties here are great fun for kids of all ages.They've just had a new slide installed too which has been a big hit with kids and adults!Highly recommended visiting.

This softplay is definitely one of the better ones! Several decent slides, room with loads of huge balls in, lots of room to run around. Various different toy machines and a seperate area for the littles. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. The only downside is with the packed lunch came essentially what was an entire packs worth of assorted biscuits and chocolate which I do not think is a good idea and if it had said this on the menu of what was included in the lunch I wouldn't have brought it. Other than that, can't recommend it highly enough!

I visit play planet first time after 6 years break and I can see improvement,the place is not soo much overcrowd like it was in past,new slides and climbing frames added. definitly will be back more often.

Attended for my sons 6th birthday party our party helper was Lewis who was wonderful nothing to much trouble, everyone was great definitely book again next time

We went to Tiny Town with 7 little ones today. The staff were so lovely. The resources they have are fantastic, the children loved playing in all the different role play area's. It is very secure and safe. There are stairs to get upto Tiny Town and one of the lovely members of staff helped a couple of our little ones down the stairs.

4yr old birthday party in tiny town was excellent. Private room, lots for children to do, parents could relax whilst children had lots of fun. Plenty of food and good variety.

This is a great place to bring your children.The soft play is split into two parts, which is great for the very young, and the second part for the slightly old, and more adventurous child.There is also an outdoor play area,with seating.Plus the restaurant have a good selection for children and adults.The Coffee is very good.
