Vijay’s Ayurvedic massage and steam bath is a wonderful experience for any busy person with aches and pains that need some attention. Three generations of my family have been lucky enough to benefit from this treatment as it’s so affordable and each generation has enjoyed it. A little bit of me-time with amazing health benefits to give your body a boost. I’ve also bought vouchers for friends and family to give it a try as I can’t recommend it enough.

I was keeping myself postponing for an appointment and finally I made it last week,She was very friendly and made a relaxing and soothing warm atmosphere with meditation music,candle light,and sauna,also she keeps talking to me until the end and understanding my pain points and massaged well,it made me very calm and relaxed.i felt so relieved my back pain and I will recommend it for all my friends,co workers and family as I am a well-wisher for them,of course you need a massage day monthly for self care and rejuvenation of your mind and soul,I have booked appointments for my husband for the last 3 months and he always recommends me to attend monthly to keep my self relaxed from my body aches,and me so happy and eagerly waiting for a day off to book a massage treatment for us,I would like to say that it is essential for us to take a massage day off per month to take care of our health as health is your wealth or prevention is better than cure.also it is so budget friendly and the staff were professionals as an expert and excellence exceeds our expectations.Thank you so much.

Cannot recommend Vijay highly enough. I’ve been having regular massages by him for years and there is no one better than him - I have had several massages by others and they have not been anywhere as good. Vijay can identify issues by just looking at you. He is so knowledgeable and I always feel great afterwards. I would give more stars if I could.

What a superb experience this is. I had my second full body massage with Vijay this morning (who was kind enough to squeeze me in on a day he was going away) and I am really beginning to feel a difference. Being a frequent gym goer and working in a manual job, my muscles often become extremely tight and overworked which has led to lower back and hip troubles. Vijay listened to my issues and knew exactly the areas he would need to pay extra attention to, to try help ease and resolve these pains. Also the beauty of going for the full body massage is he relaxes other areas in your body you didn't even realise were tight and knotted.On top of the superb service provided, Vijay is a lovely man. Very kind and welcoming and his knowledge of his profession is second to none. I have only been twice thus far but already picked up plenty of little tips which will help me in my everyday life. In addition to this, the price of the treatments are excellent considering the high level of service you get.I can not recommend this place highly enough and will be recommending Ayur Mantra to all of my friends.

I had an amazing experience from Ayurmanthra.First day I went there without knowing what treatment I need.I was in such agony ,because I could not move my neck and right hand properly.From the first day Remya told ,you will be fine after 7 days of podi kizhi.
