A friendly and efficient service that I cannot recommend enough.You can do self service washing or get a serviced wash.Text messages are sent when items are ready.The washing machine and dryer are large capacity and relatively new.I have used the shops services for washing and drying bulky items, dry cleaning and mending/sewing much loved clothing.The owner is polite and professional and always willing to help.

I have used this service a few times for alterations and dry cleaning. The quality of work was outstanding! Very quick, efficient, service.Mrs Rai so friendly and recommended 5 stars.

I had a quite expensive vintage Avirex jacket I brought to this dry cleaner. When I handed it in I asked if there was a risk of damaging it as it had leather sleeves. I was told there is a 1% chance something might happen, but a really tiny chance. So I chose not to go for the more expensive option.When I wanted to collect it on the due date it wasn't ready and I was advised to wait and they would call me as this jacket needed special care. Two days after the agreed date I was able to pick it up. The lady at the counter first charged me the amount for the dry cleaning then told me the jacket broke via dry cleaning. Of course accidents can happen, but the way this was dealt with was really disappointing. They said there is a 1% chance, but if I had the feeling there was a risk I would have chosen the extra care. Also charging me before telling that they damaged my jacket to make sure they do get their money even though the jacket is ruined completely, I find very questionable. Definetly not going there again.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DRY CLEANERS!

I have used this service a few times for alterations and dry cleaning. The dry cleaning was for curtains & roman blinds. The quality of work was outstanding! Very quick, efficient, friendly service.

I thought I would support this new Rai dry cleaners that has opened locally in my area however I have had an extremely disappointed and damaging experience:•I had given my hand made expensive top to the Rai dry cleaners, however they have returned this top to me with holes and rips•When I challenged the lady she kept on telling me stories about her mother’s top and her response to me and to quote is “this happens”•No compensation offered nor no complaints procedure given•She informed me it’s at the customer risk, however in the shop there is no signage•Be warned they subcontract their cleaning out so have no knowledge or understanding of garment cleaning•The owner is not professional and has no knowledge on how to run a dry cleaning service•Any good reviews must be written by their family!•My neighbourhood has been warned -DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DRY CLEANERS!
