Needed help with purchasing perfume on Friday. Asked a young man, he said he didn't know and walked back to the till area where all staff were standing around chatting. Left without buying.

Magnificent store! Amazing to have it right on our door step instead of travelling so far to Cardiff. Service is outstanding lovely welsh speaker who served me she was very polite,calm and listened to me. I went in looking for a single black pepper body wash but was persuaded with the pink pepper pod set and black pepper with soap set! I even had a body wash for £10 ! It was a nice treat for myself because I shop normally once a month for the grandkids. Overall experience superb !

Such a lovely welcome from staff. The offers were highlighted and staff were very helpful to make sure I received the discounts available. Free sample given too. Left the shop feeling very happy with my bargains.

Shop seemed really dirty. Disgusting shelves.Staff chatted more to themselves and there phones than the customers.Back to Lisa & co in Cardiff.
