I have recently joined this company as a care giver, I can honestly say that I have never worked for a care company that look after their staff so well . Always a very happy cheerful office team to help with any questions you have and always someone there to help if needed

Home Instead Newport have been great. Every interaction we have had with them has been friendly and caring - highly reccomend them.

My Uncle is currently being looked after by Home Instead. Since I moved his care over to them about 5 weeks ago, the change in my Uncle has been dramatic. He lives alone and needs all aspects of care. He has four one hour visits a day and this gives him time to build solid relationships with his lovely carers. I live 3 hours away and when I ring him each day he tells me all about them, what they've been talking about and what they are cooking him! Home Instead look after all of his needs from personal care to shopping and when I Whatsapp him he looks clean/well fed and content...and all in his own home which was so important to him. Because of Covoid19, all care services are under pressure but I feel so happy they are looking after him in the appropriate and safe way. Communication with the company is very good, I can always speak to someone and if there are any problems they are sorted out very quickly.I am my Uncle's sole relative and now sleep at night knowing my Uncle is being looked after properly and treated like an individual with dignity at all times. Home Instead branch in Newport lied to my face tricked me into covering for someone who had covid the staff ended up in hospital when other staff returned back from hospital they immediately turned up at the door step asking me to leave without any notice! They told me I'd be working a contract with certain amount of weeks!Working many years in the care industry I have never experienced this sort of management ever felt so low & how they help there FAVOURITES....They pick & chose these favourites I personally think they don't like other nationalities thinking they could use us just to cover!Then they ask me to work another contract for 2 clients at a very low pay rate!Until management don't get checked out to see what they are doing with certain staff I will not work for such an awful company! I thought Wales was multicultural providing hours & support for everyone not just there FAVOURITES :(Besides everything that occurred with the office staff the family & client were very lovely.

Fantastic company to work for. Rewards employees for their continued effort and hard work. Minimum call times of an hour so clients and staff aren't rushed.Office staff friendly and helpful. No faults whatsoever.

Home Instead Newport have supported both of my parents to continue living in their own home. Their implementation of care Package was exceptional at what was and for all families will be an extremely difficult time. They support independent living in an extremely respectful and considerate manner. The whole team are really caring, professional, reliable and patient. The care support is second to none.

Absolutely love working for home instead Newport! Such a great bunch of staff and very lovly grateful clients with a wide variety of needs and preferences! It is a pleasure to go to work each day.Only downside for me as a single parent is I need permanent contracted hours but I'm sure as the business grows this would be more of an option. Otherwise it's 5 stars from me!!

Home Instead Newport are brilliant. From the initial telephone call all the way through to now caring for Mum. They really do go above and beyond. Mum is happy now she has her lovely carers coming each day. They don't just show up and do tasks, they really do care for Mum. Home Instead have helped us when we didn't know what to do next. Brilliant company and I would highly recommend them.
