Celebrantation

Sarah was the celebrant for our vow renewal 25 years after we first said ‘I do’. Where our wedding day was a very traditional Catholic event, we wanted our vow renewal to be a celebration of who we are now and the people who have travelled those 25 years with us. We aren’t religious & so finding a celebrant who could could lead us through a meaningful celebration without it being stuffy or traditional was really important to us.Sarah nailed the celebration perfectly! A wonderful mix of humour, pathos & sincerity which absolutely aligned to what we hoped for. Sarah took on board all our stories & events and crafted those into a brilliant ceremony which had our guests laughing & tearing up in just the right measure.As it was a garden marquee event and there was a torrential thunderstorm just before we were due to begin, she had to adapt to a suddenly changing schedule - which she did with fabulous flexibility & confidence & got everything back on track when the water stopped flooding the guests through the marquee roof!!I would highly recommend Sarah for your wedding or vow renewal - for something bespoke and individual, meaningful & memorable, Sarah is absolutely the best.

Sarah was our celebrant for our wedding in Sitges, Spain in May 2019.Sarah worked hard to achieve a workable and positive flow for the ceremony to include both of our own desires for how we envisaged the day and used a blend of each others priorities and choices.She worked with us individually to make sure that we were both heard, she listened and suggested ways to get the best out of the day and make it very personal and more importantly included our family and wedding guests, so they all felt part of a very special day.Her knowledge, experience. tenacity and ability to give feedback on things that definitely wouldn’t have worked and be able to suggest alternatives were instrumental to having the most utterly perfect day.Sarah is a very eloquent, engaging, fun and professional speaker who is very much at heart of an event or celebration.
