Fence Panels...I recently purchased wood fence panels and i have to say they are the worst panels I've come across and at £40 a panel certainly not worth it. After 2weeks the knots have fallen out and a lot of them where twisted, not recommended. I can't complain about the staff or the place they where helpful (Blackburn)

This company have gone above and beyond to assist us with making our son happy. We had planned a project with my son but was told delivery was going to be a few days later. Following me emailing them and explaining how much it would mean to us for them to delver earlier they moved heaven and earth to facilitate this. They have made my boy and us so happy thanks so much superb customer service and quick response we are eagerly waiting delivery tomorrow.

Really awful service!! Would completely avoid. Ordered £500 worth material and it was delivered at 4.30 the next day when we were told it would be delivered in the morning. And this was only half the items. Rang about 5 times to get another quarter of the delivery the next day which was flung into my garden damaging the materials and the delivery driver was soo rude. Complaint made to head office. Still chasing them for items from my order 4 days later and due to this my builder cannot do his work. Horrible experience!

Fantastic service every time. Although TP predominantly deal with the trade, they always make me feel valued as a customer when spending just a few pounds. My most recent purchase was for a banister rail costing just over £18. The guy I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable and offered his advice regarding delivery times and alternatives etc. Item was not promised for delivery until weekend, but arrived the following morning (today - Wednesday). Thanks again TP Blackburn and keep up the great service that you provide.

Professional and friendly service from all at the Blackburn branch, but a special shout out to Roy who went the extra mile by bringing out a new inverter when we thought that was the problem, also in his own time!! I will definitely take my business there in the future.

Didn't have what I needed in stock - and couldn't order it in or check if another store has it either, despite it being on the website. Pointless visit if you can't even order it for another day. If it's not in stock and you can't order it, you don't sell it. Things are slightly better now, but took too long to get organised during lockdown being shut for a month meant going elsewhere.
