Waited in for delivery only been told they called (not to delivery address) on checking they went to wrong address, and wrong post code. Been told they will deliver it tomorrow, but where to?

Really helpful member of staff at the customer service point at DHL Colchester today. I believe the gentleman‘s name was Martyn who helped send a very large package to a military establishment, which is never easy, believe me! Thanks for guiding me through the process and helping today.

Incredibly slow service dropping a package off, which had to be opened for a ‘security check’ and also additional paperwork required that wasn’t aforementioned. A 30 second job made into a 10 minute job

Rabish costumer service, today, at around 10:00 am I wanted to post my ancestry DNA test, there was a dum officer who did not know how to do it, he asked the manager who was Dum too, after waiting for a long time, they say we can't send it!The strange thing, my husband sent his test just weeks before without any problems. horrible service.

Met a jobs worth here, returning a mobile phone which DHL had delivered, the original box they delivered it in had a hazard warning label on it, jobs worth said that DHL couldn't deliver packages that had hazardous items, it was a brand new Nokia mobile which he knew because he took it out of it's packaging and checked that it didn't have a battery in, which it didn't because the battery was still in it's sealed wrapping!!! What did I know, after an unnecessarily length of time he determined that DHL could infact deliver my highly hazardous package and all was well.

This was fantastic, Luke on the front desk who delt with our parcel is a star. He was so helpful and made whole process so easy. He is very knowledgeable about how the system works and predicted how long our international delivery would take. Luke is the front man in Colchester for DHL and an asset to the organisation, thanks.
