Purchased two Cube hybrid electric Mountain bikes for myself and my wife, Tony who served us was absolutely superb and could not do enough to help us including delivering the bikes to Grimsby on the evening of his Christmas night out. The bikes are awesome and the Cube store service is second to none.

Picked up my new Orange MTB today . Tony the manager at Scunthorpe needs a pat on the back for being helpful finding the bike and bringing to the Scunthorpe branch for me to view. Nothing has been too much trouble .This sort of pro customer service is from a time lost in time .Top guys , great shopping experience , and very helpful.BUY YOUR BIKE FROM HERE .......not off a website. Just can't recommend enough.

Got a bike at nov missed free service after 6 weeks popped in yesterday, not a problem mate ring us up and we will sort.Had nothing but help from them

We popped into this store on the off chance a few weeks ago, after reading the reviews on the electric bikes. After abysmal “service” from Specialized in Nottingham.Tony was more than helpful, advising us and asking us what we wanted. Got out the bike he thought was best for our use.Quick cycle around to get a feel of it. As we are total novices and ride for fun as a family. Tony was informative and un patronising, along with professional at all times. Because of this we decided to buy 3 bikes from him instead of just looking at the one bike for myself.That’s, how you do business, you don’t have to give anyone the sales bs to be good at what you do.Tony kept us informed on delivery times and today I picked up all three bikes. No hassle, and would quite happily recommend Tony, JC Cook and the team. We live 1 1/2 miles away from GIANT Lincoln......

Can’t fault the place. I had an issue with constant pain on long rides through hands where they make contact. One of the guys from Grimsby was covering that day. He gave me solid advice, gelled and re wrapped my bars which improved things significantly. Not only that but he did it same day and at short notice plus Indexed my gears and aligned my rear mech. Very good value for money.

Tony can build wheels, great to have that locally. Also great to know you can take ROCKSHOX suspension there to get be sent off to Sram for servicing which is Always a hassle as nobody local does this. Finally very please he helped remedy a build ussue free of charge to, much abliged

Excellent customer service at this Scunthorpe cycle shop. On returning to the shop with my bicycle for its 6 week service, my husband found himself locked out of our car, with all his belongings and the keys, still inside. The staff were more than helpful when trying to solve the problem of opening the car. The only solution was for me to drive to Scunthorpe with the spare keys. I met only good humour and kindness from the staff when I arrived. It was the same when we bought the bicycle. I would recommend this shop everytime. Great staff, a wide range of quality stock, good coffee and clean toilets. Thank you

Absolutely fab! The bike is fab and the staff were even better. The man I spoke with had a lot of knowledge which was even better. Best thing was that you didn't feel pressured into buying anything. Great variety of bikes as well.
