The web site was clear even to a non tech person like me and the advert was easy to place. The responses were prompt and also easy to follow up. Our boat was sold within the 30 free days so we need not have paid for the extra 30 days! I would certainly use B and O again and recommend it to anyone selling or buying a boat.

Boats and Outboards have a great site for boats and some good deals, albeit the boat I was looking at is brokered by Network Yacht Brokers?Thinking I'd found the ideal boat, i.e. a member of staff at Chichester informed me there had been a lot of work carried out on said boat, and there was a large folder of paperwork on her; in addition to this the previous broker had also sold it with a 3 month warranty, therefore I thought a sale was imminent. I made sure they knew I was interested and kept chasing them for the history but now nothing was available? During this time they then informed me that someone had now put a firm offer on on the boat without wanting a sea trial or needing to witness any history, bit strange but...?? When chasing them again, I was then informed the offer from the other interested party had been accepted, pending a sea trial, although I was told they didn't need one?? If I didn't know better I would say this was a back office deal as I had little if no contact from the staff to keep me appraised of the situation. Really not happy with the customer service at Chichester Network Yacht Brokers! Why do people do this, just be honest and do your job guys! Anyone looking to use them make sure you look past the smoke and mirrors...

it is almost impossible to alter any preferences, l get random boats through form this site - l have just looked online to see how l can alter the boats coming through and there is nowhere to do this!make it easy or you will lose customers

Becoming increasingly frustrating to the point of closing my account with them. Whatever updates they have done I am now unable to create or amend adverts!! So what is the point of a Broker Package???
