Evelina is such a great vet. We have very troubled cats and one is semi feral but she's so good with them both. We have been with this practice for 2 years now and highly recommend. Had an emergency in February and I was able to be seen urgently on a Friday night. Can't recommend the Havant practice enough. Thanks to all the staff for such a great service

Fab service fitted us in as an emergency as our kitten was very poorly, he was treated quickly and carefully. Today he is a new kitten much better and I’m glad we got him looked at when we did .

I saw Christian today for a follow up appointment as my dog daisy 13 collapsed 2 weeks today with a stoke she was kept in for the day which she was given oxgen glucose and well looked after by all the Havant team, he was great with her and he generally cares, daisy as a heart murmur which is treated with meditation, but I can't thank Chris enough and all the team it may of been a different story, given her bit more time thank you all and also the reception girls

X6 cats & Great service most of the time. Been using this vets for 5yrs & only ever once had a bad experience which was quickly resolved by the team. Friendly reception & Nursing staff. Vets that care & very professional at the same time.

The practice is professional and clean however the staff were not very friendly. They seem a popular practise as I phoned on a saturday and wasn’t able to get an appointment till Tuesday for a pet with an eye problem. Then I paid £55 to be told to go to home bargains and get eye drops.

I cannot fault the service I recieved when taking my OAP dog to the vet. Not only were the reception staff so friendly, polite and helpful over the phone. The vet was friendly, full of advise and they all handled my dog with care and kindness. It is much appreciated and would highly recommend.

For the first time ever, I completely forgot the appointment to vaccinate our dog - and my phone did not remind me either... Received an email about an hour after the appointment, rang them up straight away apologizing. Instead of being talked to in a rude manner for not attending the initial appointment, receptionist spoke to me very nicely and actually offered to take our dog there within an hour as they still had a free slot available. Yipeee we did that. All good. Christiaan, the new vet was lovely, helpful and very thorough in checking our dog through from top to bottom.Thank you guys sooo much for your great service.

We have only recently joined this practice and I am so impressed with the service so far with our elderly cats. The team are very efficient and it’s easy to get an appointment in good time, and they are punctual. They do not overcharge or suggest unnecessary tests and treatment, which has been very refreshing (compared to previous experience with another practice). Highly recommend.

All the times I have visited the staff are so helpful and friendly. I recently had my cat put down and I received such personal care from the staff and even received a card from the staff. This was so heart warming. The vets are very informative and really do care about our pets. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful on the phone and it's so easy and quick to get an appointment, very happy with the service!
