Newton Dental Practice

I had a very severe dental phobia that meant I wasn’t able to go to the dentist for over 10 years. I had therapy for this and needed a dental practice that could help in the baby steps I needed as part of my treatment. Newton Dental were incredible every step of the way. They let me come in just to sit in the waiting room at first, showed me into the hygienist room and let me book an appointment to sit in the chair see the equipment and ask questions even before I was a patient of theirs. With their support I was finally able to have my check up with Matt. I never thought I would even be able to sit in the dentist chair but can now proudly say not only have I had a check up, but also seen the hygienist and had 3 fillings! Matt and the team completely put me at ease talking me through each stage of the process and I can now go to the dentist with confidence and trust in the team. I cannot thank them enough.

If you book an appointment for cleaning you will lose your deposit if an unexpected event happens and you need to reschedule on the day! They are extremely rigid and expect you to inform them 24 hours.It is considered a cancellation. Short of being a clairvoyant this is obviously not possible to predict! The receptionist even scolded me for swearing at her when I had done no such thing. Disappointing.

With the covid i thought the practice was backed up, but no they just took me off there list, i have been a patient there for 20 years, ill have to look for another dentist now.

Had a tooth extraction privately after my dentist took me off thier books for not going due to cover.The staff were really nice and polite and the dentist did a great job on an awkward tooth.

I had pain in my tooth so fist I went to dentist 24th December . Require root canal treatment so made appointment for 3rd and 10th of February then another for 11th of march while they take so long for completion the treatment then it's create many other problems this dentist is worse one in the UK they are created more problems for all patients please be aware of this dentist

When I found out that I may need a dental implant,I panicked as I didn’t know anything about them.But I researched and found out that Dr.Kranthi Nasani at Newton Dental Practice was the best.Because he’s so in demand,I had a wait,but my appointment was well worth the wait.Because thanks to Dr.Nasani patiently and thoroughly explaining what the treatment involves,there is nothing I don’t know now.Also wherever you go for this treatment,it’s costly,so I was impressed that he was honest with me,explaining that there was no rush to get it done.He has definitely gained my trust and respect and I’ll keep you posted when I get my implant fitted.I’m very thankful for a wonderful service.

Told I was booked in to have some treatment finished only to find I was only booked in for a checkup so had to pay for the checkup and now ill have to pay to have the original treatment finished on top.

Wife had some work done and was very cautious, maybe even scared.....I just...she was terrified. The staff there did everything they could to put her at ease and even let me sit in on the procedure at her request. Very nice people, but still professional
