Disgusting humans at D&D Cars. As seems to be a recurring theme after reading some of the other reviews on here, I purchased a vehicle after a test drive, the check engine light immediately came on after an extended drive, take it into garage and get quoted £2600+ VAT for repairs, as the auto gearbox was completely knackered and Air Intake piping was cracked. This was TWO days after the purchase, it is impossible that they did not know about this. D&D Cars are clearing engine fault codes before allowing people to test drive, hoping they don't reoccur on the initial drive, then deliberately selling dangerous vehicles to the public. I wish the absolute worst for this company and the scumbags who run it.

Bought a bmw 1 series from this place as my first car for 2.5kWithin 10 days the engine light came on, I took it back to him he literally done nothing just made the light go away. After 1 month the engine started to seize, I took it to a mechanic he said the engine is finished.I took it back to him; he was being difficult and wasn’t trying to give my money back.In the end he gave me half of my money back.I make a honest living just for people like this to scam meDo not buy a car from here

Bought a car from D&D that had serious transmission issues. They did not disclose that the car needed over 2K in repairs and that the issues would not show up until after a 30+ minute drive. The car wa a incredibly unsafe to drive. When contacted about the condition of the car, they did not respond. The car was also listed as passing in clean air zones, and I have now received over 500£ in fines.Dishonest business practices! Do not go here! If I could give less stars I would.

Have had many of my vehicles serviced and maintained from here. Workshop and mechanics are excellent. Always accommodating and fast to resolve any problems on my cars. Would highly recommend them to have mechanical work done from here. Word of advice try to get hold of the boss rather then try to give instructions to the workers as they can be sometimes a bit slow in understanding what you want.

Do not buy a car from these crooks, brought a Corsa from here within 30 mins there was a major oil leak and the engine began to rattle alot. Went back to return the car as traders have a legal obligation to refund if the car is problematic within 30 days and he refused to refund in full till I told him I would take him to court. Also they are doing dodgy MOT as they gave it with a full MOT despite the fact you couldn't open one door from the inside which is a straight failure.

I recently bought a vehicle from D&D cars and I have to say that the vehicle and the service I received was exemplary. I think when you are buying a second hand car you must appreciate and respect that the buyer must do all they can to insure what they are buying is what they want and to a standard they are happy to pay for, you must also accept that you may need cash in your pocket to make any repairs that a second hand could justifiably require - if you are not willing to do this then all new cars come with warranties and price tags to reflect this. While a second hand car dealer is able to sell you a car you want, they are not able to see into the future and be responsible for things that may occur beyond their control. D&D Cars had a vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford and the process I went through to purchase this vehicle was smooth, pleasant and professional, and that is exactly what I wanted and a fair assessment upon which to judge them - I cannot, and will not hold them responsible for anything that now happens post purchase over which they have no control, unless there are issues they knew about and wilfully neglected to tell me about. The vehicle has now had a health check (at my cost) and was given an exemplary bill of clean health. I got what I want, at a price I wanted and at a quality I am very happy with - 5 stars. If I wanted a 10 year warranty, free coffee and a showroom full of potted plants and glass windows then I would of paid at least 3 times as much as what I did. You pays your money, you takes your chance. I recommend D&D cars and i recommend you adjust expectations accordingly, if you do, you will certainly recommend them too!
