I thought that they did a first class service on a Westminster chiming mantle clock, unfortunately it only went for a few hours. I didn't call them during the Christmas break but I've tried calling and messaging them for the last 2 weeks and I've been ignored. I'm aware that they've received my messages but no response at all. Very disappointed.

PK were recommended to us by a friend who fixes most things mechanical himself, saying 'these were the best'. They looked after our family heirloom clock (having been in the family for a few decades), repairing, servicing and setting it up back on our wall at home. Our cuckoo clock had a terrible squeaking noise. We took it to P.K Antique clock repairs. Friendly and helpful. They stripped and cleaned the clock. Now the clock is working beautifully. Many Thanks. I would definitely use them again

Excellent service, my 40 year old carriage clock is back in full working order. These guys know what they are doing, they are experts at what they do. Very quick too, I had my clock back within 3 days. Highly recommend, I'd use them again, no problem.
