My favourite shop in Fitzrovia. The store doesn't look large from the outside but it has a lower floor in addition to the ground floor - and the inventory is very efficiently displayed. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly (even the odd joke at no extra charge). I'm not very DIY savvy, but Morrells staff have advised me on virtually all of the c.20 projects I've done and their advice has been spot on, delivered in a clear and non-patronising manner, saving me several hundred pounds.

The nicest staff ever, I know virtually nothing about DIY and every time I go in they're more than happy to help and advise!I had a brilliant last experience here speaking to guy named Rahul about painting some metal roller shutters.Rahul really kindly spent a long time to go out of his way in explaining each step of the process to me with the funny interactions and cool jokes. I have absolutely no experience with painting shutters and had a lot of questions, all of which were answered kindly and expertly and with a lot of patience. Made me feel so much more confident going forwards with this project, brilliant experience, thanks so much !
