Ordered purple tulips they took the order 2 hours later txt to say got none! Would I take multiple coloured, had no choice it was that late, they arrived today and they are awful, half are dead, they are bending over they were dirty, just the worst flowers ever I have ordered. I have requested my money back. They were for our wedding anniversary and my wife was so unhappy , thanks a lot !!!!!

Absolute rip-off! Can’t believe I paid £40 for semi wilted sweet peas. The stems are too short for the vase that they came in and they’re not scented like they claimed! The bouquet isn’t worth more than £5, and neither is the case! I’m disgusted. This was meant to be a bedside treat for someone who is sick and can’t get out of bed.!

Sent a different version of the flowers that I ordered, was told that the owner thought they were 'rather fun' and essentially told to get over the fact they were different than the pic and the flower I ordered. I chose a certain flower for sentimental reasons so to be sent a different variety completely ruined the purpose of the flowers in the first place. James was unhelpful and patronising via email. I was sent some T&C's that state the florist can send different varieties at their discretion which is absurd. Plus they didn't arrive next day delivery. The flowers also lasted a couple of days at the most. Over priced for what they are. I will never order again and would not recommend.

Got flowers yesterday midday. Bouquet was tired, petals wrinkled, some of them just shanked off. We submitted complain to uber, no response so far. Almost 40 pounds for this is a disaster. 5 pounds bouquets from waitrose live in my house for 2 weeks and still look fresh, this one does not even stand for a day. Please get back to us and make sure to communicate!

Appalling customer service. I ordered flowers from them for a birthday (3 days in advance). They still haven't arrived the day after they were due. The company blames Royal Mail and takes no responsibility whatsoever themselves. Refused even to give a refund. Don't buy from them!

I paid £60 for a bouquet of flowers, if they weren't diseased they were collapsing, 1 of 3 peonies was hard as a rock and did not bloom. When I emailed them, 'James' replied saying they look perfectly normal and there was nothing they could do. Do not use these cowboys.

Ordered flowers days ago for a special anniversary for tomorrow. Get a message today saying the flowers I ordered are not in stock! Terrible service. Avoid this company!

WOW, I am amazed this company is still in business. I purchased some flowers on the 1st Sept 2020 for delivery on the 3rd Sept 2020 - paid extra for the tracked service as per their site (£10.50) the flowers arrived on the 4th Sept 2020 - late for my our anniversary - total order £42. Didn't want to disappoint my wife, so purchased a couple of bunches from my local M&S. The quality of the flowers that did arrive on the 4th Sept did not represent value at all, half the stems were bent and some broken. I sent them a couple of emails, the reply was put them in a smaller vase... I accepted that the flowers were just not up to standard, and maybe I was just unlucky. So i asked for my delivery charge to be refunded, as they didn't do what they said on the site. After a number of emails ignored, i called and spoke to James Hunt (MD) - I was referred to as the Chap who wants money back and something for nothing".. Very very unprofessional.Purchase with extreme caution. They did offer me £10 worth of free flowers off my next order.. I wouldn't want to order from them again. Will buy locally next time."

Bad experience. The tulips that were received were seeds instead of the flowers. Delivered 3 weeks later than the actual date.
