The staff in this shop are amazing, they literally went above and beyond to help me with an item I wanted for my son, even phoning around other stores!Plus it has a much better selection than my local store.Thanks to the manager on shift 31/7 AM, I now have what I needed!

Sports Direct - No longer the cheaper option on the street.Look around and get better deals elsewhere or online.Looks like they have more than doubled a lot of their stock.

They do not give cash refunds when returning items, and hide this with - what I suspect is - some deliberately confusing language in a large block of text at the tills.Do not buy here unless you absolutely know you're keeping the item, otherwise you'll be stuck with only being able to spend the money in the store.

Great for a evening out, if you have all evening to wait to even ask about a pair of trainers. Seems to be only one staff member covering whole shop. It was absolutely dead we were only the second lot of customers in there. Waited 15 mins to still no return so walked out.Customer service non existent.

I strongly do not recommend going to the store when closing time is approaching. I don't know if it's always like this or just when there's, for example, an hour left until closing, but it was the first time I experienced that staff instead of helping and advising, discouraged me from making a purchase. The employees avoid customers and seem more focused on cleaning rather than assisting, as if there were 2 minutes left until closing instead of 2 hours. I hope that when I will get there early, I will meet someone competent and at least a little bit helpful.

Awful experience. No one covering the fitting rooms so asked the cashier if I could go in and try on some clothes. I was walked in on by a MAN customer who pulled back the curtain whilst I was getting changed (which is next to the till area). No apology from staff, and another staff member also called out if I was almost done as I had been “in there a while”. I must admit I was stood in shock that I had been walked in on by a complete stranger while undressed! Awful will never ever come here again.
