I forgot to leave this at the time I used this place …. I’ve had my girlfriends car MOT’d here the last two times and was good service, booking was simple and they were accommodating with last minute change to drop off collection time. Sensible approach to cracked window that was booked for repair prior to MOT booking then the appointment was rearranged by the windscreen repair jokers. I would highly recommend

Terrible service, we brought our car to them more than a month ago, we didn’t want to have them repaired, just check it out. They imposed their service on us and said that we only need to fix one minor detail and this, together with the MOT, will cost £180. They then gave us a bill for £460. Replacing what we did not specify. The most important thing is that they never solved the main problem. We tried to talk to them, they don’t remember anything, etc. I know many people who had the same problems with them. I don't recommend wasting your time and money

Disgusting experience with this garage, would never use again. Communication and timelines are extremely poor, they either don't talk to each other internally or they lie to customers. Either way, result is I suffer material loss despite me communicating well.I booked my van in for work Tuesday last week - diagnosis and minor repairs (couple of sensors and a wheel bearing). They didn't manage to get it done by Thursday night and I needed the van for the weekend (in my previous garage this would have been 1-1.5 days max), so I then had to return the van yesterday. Yesterday night I had plans on the van, so needed it back but I could pick up at lunch or 6.30 (out of their hours) and so they promised it would be available at lunch. It wasn't. Over the phone they then promised that someone would stay until 6.30 to give me the keys back. I arrived at the agreed time and they'd shut up shop. No keys. No access to van. I now have to use 1/2 day annual leave to replace the time I planned for and lost last night, because they either lied to me or they didn't talk to each other. I'd never have left it if given any indication that it would not be returned, any other day would have been much easier.4 days to do the level of work needed is pretty insane to start with, but lying about collection options, leaving me vanless overnight on a night I'd told them it was essential is unforgiveable. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Had a knocking noise from the front of my Mazda 6 . Visited Motorsense they were booked up until the Monday the following week. I explained that I wanted to make sure if was safe to drive as the noise was coming from front suspension. I felt they went out of their way and book me in the following day. They were friendly and genuinely customer focused. Fault identified and new part fitted in a timely manner at a reasonable price.Thank you for fitting me in at such short notice much appreciated. I’m now confident I’m driving a safe car. Well done all !!

I took my 2018 bmw 320i msport In For an MOT. Where to start let's start with behind the scenes the person that probably doesn't get much credit. But that is Russell , He runs the front desk organisers the jobs and make sure that Parts and customers bookings all in order. Amazing communication skills Polite and courteous. Top bloke. The move to the technicians. I only know James He is very knowledgeable , And a top technician I wouldn't have anybody else work on my vehicle! A lot of people are sceptical about taking their cars too I'm none dealership garage because they think They are safer with a main dealer. Main dealers are overpriced End put Juniors to work on your vehicle when I know everybody has to start somewhere but. Things are overlooked and not done to the standard that you require yet they will still charge you an arm and a leg. Motor sense garages Are honestVery competitive and all works are finished To a high standard. OK you don't get your car washed and valeted the same as what you do from a main dealership but that's material I would rather know that my vehicle has been looked after and worked on to the highest standard. Keep up the good work boys.I would just like to add. I do not get no financial gain or special privilege from this Review this is my honest and true full opinion as a customer.

We went to Motorsense as we had tried other local garages and despite conflicting diagnosis it hadnt cured the problem, to be fair it took a while to get to the bottom of it, but Mina and his lads were not going to give up on us and as promised our car now runs like new.We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have used Motorsense on and off over the years and recently used them to sort out an issue with an exhaust additive and it just confirms to me that I should use them more often. The issue is I live the opposite end of town BUT they do courtesy cars, so I can. Always found them honest, friendly, and affordable. Highly recommend them.

Dropped my van off with them this morning for a morning MOT. They told me they’d call me later when it’s done. I’ve not been called and now my van is there overnight. I’ve never had an MOT take more than a day so I won’t be back!
