Lovely place, I do all my Vape shopping at Superior Vape, but this particular store has the prettiest blonde lady that helps you ever so well. ^^ We don't get stores this good in South Africa.

This shop is a shining example of what any retail establishment should be. The staff are knowledgeable on the wide range of products they stock (and stuff they don't with educated reasons). They are also all friendly, fun, extremely helpful. Nothing seems too much trouble and they love a good chat if you have the time (if not, they're happy to get you on your way).The bonus scheme is excellent too. Big shout-outs to every member of the Gloucester road store. You rock!

I have been using Superior Vapour for many years and I have never been disappointed. I mainly use the on on Gloucester Road, the Staff are so friendly and helpful and always give the best advice possible. They have a big selection of e liquids and great devices for vaping.

One of the better shops. Staff are always nice and chatty. Big selection of products, reasonably priced and you can use your loyalty points to get money off your purchase. Highly recommended, the service is great too

My initial review was wrong... I needed to charge my battery fully. It works fine. Leaving up original review for shame. Advice was correct and place is tidy. Also for what I have now it's affordableOriginal review:All I wanted was a replacement wick but upon not having the right one was sold a separate head/tank bit with a different coil system and it sucks, so rubbish compared to my old one. It was just really bad advice and they don't know what they are talking about, this recommendation was poor, there is no power or cloud from this one.

We have been visiting Flavour Vapour since it first opened many years ago (In Bedminster before they started branching out) & have always found their products to be excellent!Extremely high level of customer service who are happy & always willing to assist their customers to resolve any issues/questions.We highly recommend using them rather than alternative stores or online.

Extremely helpful and polite staff who endeavour to match the correct fluid with the customer regardless of how long you may take making your decision. Being extremely fussy I found that the staff were extremely friendly and put me at ease resulting in me finding my ultimate favourite fluid of all time. Thank you Flavour Vapour. X
