My mum has just bought her first MINI from MINI Tyneside and Paul Southern is an absolute credit to the team! He made the transaction so simple, pleasurable and hassle-free for mum. If you’re looking for a new car I can highly recommend the Stratstone Mini garage at Silverlink! Just picked up our new Mini Cooper today and couldn’t be happier. Have been here before and yet again the service was brilliant, we dealt with the lovely Gary who went above and beyond. He made everything really easy to understand and kept you informed every step of the way. It’s our first automatic car and we went for a test drive to make sure we were happy, he just made it so easy and put our minds at ease. Can’t thank him enough, we’ll definitely be going back.

The whole process, from part-exchanging our previous car to a new one was absolutely seamless. We initially ordered our new mini in May 23, Mini Exclusive with all the bells and whistles. We were advised that it would arrive in first week of July.After not hearing from Mini and a somewhat disappointing lack of communication. I called again spoke to the manager who advised we were now being looked after by Gary S.To be fair to Gary he has gone above and beyond to keep us informed. We have gone from disappointment to very satisfied customers.We cant thank Gary enough for his handling of the sale, his lovely professional manner and keeping us informed.Thank you we will be back.

We called to look at a second hand Evoque. From the minute we walked into the showroom the service from Charlie and Gary was amazing. They were so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had intended to sell our car privately but Charlie spent a lot of time showing us comparable sites to get a valuation. We felt so confident with him that we decided to part exchange. He made it so easy and stress free. They are both a real credit to your organisation.
