There is probably a long wait on phone because half the country have got something they need sorting. Don't moan about the sevice if you didn't speak to anyone. People like that give good company's a bad name!!I used webchat... And I couldn't be happier with the reponse. Advice and the overall conversation about my situation . I spoke with wayne.. 3 hours of my life wasted, rang up over a £4500 debt from 10 yrs ago, all i wanted to know can they still chase me after all this time, only to not get an answer after many times of asking, asked me loads of questions about my finances etc etc, this is after 1 hour 20 mins on hold, then after all the questions he said he would put me through to an adviser who would advise me. SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!so i went to the back of the queue another 1 hour 30 mins waiting, in the end i dumped the call and they says they know its frustrating waiting, REALLY you have it right there pal,

Like so many others, I waited over 2 hours to speak to someone. He didn't seem to want to answer the questions I had and recommended i use the web chat before putting me through to another advisor, so had to wait another 15 minutes and whilst waiting starting using the web chat. When the chap who answered next I could hardly hear then after 5 minutes he cut me off! The web chat couldn't answer my specific questions. I reckon I know more in the 3 hours I was searching online for information than any of the advisors on the National Debtline know. Don't waste you time as they are an absolute waste of time and end up causing you more stress and frustration. Minus a millions stars for useful help and service.

I was distraught about debt and a court letter. I spoke to a lady called Aisha. She was the most helpful person I ever spoke to on the phone. I wasn’t rushed and Never had to repeat myself. She completely understood my situation and gave me an immediate solution plan. Talked me through forms and paperwork with empathy and massive efficiency. I can’t thank her enough.Amazing service.

Zero but cannot give zero star online cannot access any records don't bother doing anything online wast of time if you are existing customer only new people can use Web chat phone lines are terable waiting and they lie don't go online if your already a customer. If the post gets lost this is your falt and your case will get closed beware of this and don't relax until everything is sorted and you have confirmed it -5*for the stress caused

I called these today, spoke to a lovely lady, Michelle I think she was called. I honestly couldn't thank her enough, understood my situation and advised me on everything. And she was very understanding that I was very upset and overwhelmed, and did all she could to calm me down and reassure me

Awful!!! 3 hours on the phone talking to an advisor and told to call back the next day. very upsetting call the advisor wasn't helpful and certainly didn't have any experience. AVOID
