Pollitts was Recommended by the Ssangyong owners group on Facebook.Wasn't dissapointed.Contacted them before driving 85 miles from Cornwall. Excellent communications from Matt, and a personalised video walkround of the car we were interested in.Had a test drive of a Rexton and decided to buy it.Seems a very trustworthy dealership.

Out of 3 ssangyong dealers in the southwest this is the only place that service them now? Anyway this is the only ssangyong dealership that actually cares about its customers and went above and beyond to try and help me and not like the others, as I've been mucked around by the plymouth branchs no end . I would never get a car from Rogers of plymouth or brixton ssangyong dealers again. Disgusting customer service..brixton cancelled car service then an email report that my car is over due a service when they cancelled it the day before the service and said they haven't got any technicians in ssangyong service centre to service my ssangyong..YEAH WORK THAT OUT.. But the guys and girls at the pollitt centre seem a breed apart from the rest...many thanks to Wesley for all of his help

What a great company. Had an issue with our Ssangyong whilst on the way to Devon. The service we received from the initial telephone call was fantastic and the repairs being carried out as quickly as possible. We cannot thank you enough and wished we lived closer to you!! Thank you!!

My wife and I are in Devon on holiday and when I had the Urea warning message come on in my 20 plate MUSSO and subsequently a warning that I would not be able to restart my engine in a few hundred miles, we started to worry we might not get home! I contacted your Exeter dealership late yesterday afternoon. I was told that you were very busy but if I could get it to you for 0900 this morning, you would kindly fit it in and check it out. At least we would then know what we were faced with. We managed to get there for 0830 and within minutes the vehicle was being checked out. We (+ our 2 dogs) were made most welcome and told that we could stay in the showroom waiting area and given an excellent cup of coffee.Very quickly, the problem was identified. As expected, it was the Urea, having had contact with air, had crystalized on the injector. A well-known problem that occurs with all vehicle manufacturers. Your awareness and good part management had ensured you had a replacement part in stock which you could fit and get us back on the road.We were very impressed with your very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff. We wish we lived locally. 10 out of 10 for customer service to C.S.G.Pollitt, their service team and Wesley Nicholls in particular for their help in getting us in and away so promptly.

Fantastic service! I was particularly impressed to have the manager, conduct a test drive.I was offered a fair part exchange price for my old truck, with no haggling.My new truck was immaculately presented, exactly as described.
