If you want to learn REAL Muay Thai this is the place to go to, you will see improvements every single time you go either in skill, fitness or BOTH! All skill and fitness levels work together to help each other improve! I use to do boxing in a few different places but nothing has shown a bigger impact than here!

Trained at Kittisaks Muay Thai for a few weeks while I was visiting my family and wanted to keep my training up. I really enjoyed the training at KMT!Good warm-up and stretching, good technique training with all the Muay Thai combo’s.All-in-all great place to train with skillful, nice and welcoming people. Definitely a great place to train.

Absolutely fantastic place to train, instructor is really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I have had private sessions myself and have started to attend the midweek classes, everyone is really friendly and I have not spoke or trained with anyone who has a bad attitude. If you want to train hard whilst enjoying it and have fun then i would highly recommend giving it a try. Two of my children also attend a class every Monday, they love it and are constantly asking me when they are going back.

Excellent classes, great atmosphere, clean and Covid SAFE. The kit and equipment is all new and top quality. If you want to learn muay thai and combat sports or just get fitness, these classes cater for both!

My 8 year old has been going to Kit's classes for a couple of years now and he absolutely loves it. He has grown in confidence and ability and he loves the instructors. Would highly recommend.
