Fantastic! Spoke to Nathan Smith and he was great. Didn’t have a clue what I was after or how much etc and he very patiently went through it all with me to find what I needed. Working in Customer Service myself and knowing how it can wear you down sometimes it was nice to find someone who gave great service whilst still able to be down to earth and have a laugh. Wow in a situation that I have come across in the last 4 weeks Jason has given me hope. Very friendly, understanding and tolerant (my 15yr son kept ringing me)I should have taken insurance out sooner but never to late and at a great price. I woke up and decided today was the day to get my life insurance sorted. Came across an ad on a social media site, filled in a few details and shortly after I received a phone call from Caspian, spoke to a guy named Ben who took some more details from me and then forwarded me on to his colleague. Long story short I’ve got a great package sorted out for me and my two children, courtesy of Jason. Great guy. He made the process quick and easy. We spoke about other things to help build a great rappor, not at all a depressing conversation, loads of laughs in between to help left the mood for such a serious matter.
