Please be wary of selling tactics of TICs Global. They phoned me within seconds of my query, lots of fast talking, gave an estimate, did not correct my understanding of what I would be charged for. Payment was taken over the phone. Then received a stream of emails with different information to that provided over the phone.Interim bill is currently almost double the original estimate and I am receiving aggressive emails demanding payment. Over £300 for an EICR and fire safety cert on a one bedroom flat but that is without a certificate as remedial work is apparently required which starts at £104 just to get the electrician on site.

This is a great service: easy to use and saved me lots of time. I received 5 quotations within minutes. Although only one of the 5 got back to me directly it was easy enough to check all five and to make my own choice. I decided on Andrea after seeing the positive reviews and was very happy I did. I contacted her in the evening and she completed the EPC the very next morning.Very efficient and professional and at a reasonable fee too. Would not hesitate to use her services again if needed and I highly recommend her.

Easy to arrange, quickly contacted the estate agents to arrange a date. We received the report quickly and a day earlier than they said to expect. Highly recommend this company, they were also one of the cheaper options when we searched.

A good selection of companies, both local & a bit further afield, I have received e-mails from most with their details, which I will be going through shortly but I didn't want or expect phone calls, I was just purely looking for a list of names to peruse, I've had at least 3 calls this morning which I've have had to ignore as I'm working.I think just a clearer message about how contact should be made & if you don't want unsolicited calls, you shouldn't be receiving them.

Within 3hours I had my first response from PK Estates (UK) LTD via Structural Surveys. Was contacted by Paul KAIPAH the Engineer and a meeting was arranged . Within 5 Days I had a very comprehensive report regarding my problem. The whole process was seamless so would highly recommend this website and PK Estates ( UK) LTD and would have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise. Thanks Paul .

First time I used it. The original list provided was quick and comprehensive. I was then bombarded with email offers and phone calls. I found an acceptable quote and was completing it when I had another phone call which was even better. Fantastic.
