Just wanted to say a big thank you to Vindis Ducati for delivering my new Ducati Panigale V4 SP today. Amazing service, very professional, and highly recommended. I dealt with Tom Whittle in sales who made the process easy and enjoyable. Also my dealings with Will in service and Nathaniel in parts was equally enjoyable and found them very helpful too. Look forward to seeing you all on my first service in 622 miles!

Purchased a Ducati Multistrada from Vindis Cambridge. There was a small issue with the sat nav installation and they arranged to collect the bike back by van during the week solve the issue and deliver it back so I was out riding by the weekend. You can always tell how good a dealer is when you have a problem rather than when delivery goes without a hitch. I would buy from them again as they resolved the problem in a professional manner.

An amazing team at Ducati Cambridge, Nathaniel in particular kept me updated with progress on the work for the bike and even found a spare lock for my top box. Customer focused and friendly, would highly recommend!

Bought an “approved used” from Ducati Cambridge less than 6 months ago. Bike seemed to be in great condition however within a couple of months things went down hill. It is now covered in corrosion within a couple of months even though I have looked after it impeccably. Was told to contact BMW which I have done and they said because it is out of warranty there is nothing they can do. They searched into the history of it and in 2018 it had the rear frame replaced due to defects in its finish. All the corrosion is on the front. It now seems I am going to have to spend a lot of money taking it to have the whole bike stripped down and re sprayed or replaced at my expense! This bike is less than 6 months old from them and they have not helped me get to any resolution…

Have very recently taken delivery of a stunning Panigale Speciale from Vindis Ducati Cambridge.From the very first telephone enquiry with John in Sales, up to the delivery of my bike, the customer service has been exceptional.Was never made to feel under any pressure. Very relaxed and friendly approach made me feel very at ease throughout.A very big thank you to Neil (Sales Manager), John (Sales) & Charlie who delivered and handed over the bike at my home address.I would definitely recommend Vindis Ducati Cambridge for all your Ducati needs. In the beginning, my interactions with the dealership were quite positive, particularly in the realm of purchasing parts and servicing my previous Ducati motorcycle, however, my satisfaction took a significant nosedive once I decided to buy a bike from them.The dealership's evaluation of my trade-in bike's value appeared to be solely based on its mileage. To my dismay, when it came time for the bike's collection, they attempted to re-negotiate a lower price over the phone while me and the service guy waited on my driveway.The salesperson who appraised the trade-in value of my bike based it solely on mileage, without seeking additional information or requesting photos to clarify their assessment.A reasonable person would assume that the price was fixed after the contracts etc we're already signed and the new bike was being delivered.Furthermore, after my newly purchased bike was delivered, I discovered that I had not received the V5c registration document.My attempts to rectify this situation by contacting the dealership led to me receiving incorrect information over the phone. This resulted in me unknowingly driving without proper tax for the past two weeks, inadvertently risking a ticket because I had erroneously taxed another person's bike based on the dealership's inaccurate guidance.Additionally, the dealership initially assured me that the V5 registration transfer had taken place shortly after the sale. However, the DVLA later confirmed that the transfer had occurred on 05/10/2023, two weeks after the sale. While this may not have caused major inconvenience, it does raise questions about why the dealership provided inaccurate information in the first place.I must note that my experiences with the dealership in terms of maintenance have been problem-free, and the individual who delivered my bike was exceedingly helpful.It's just the sales personnel who seem to have a contentious relationship with the truth.I purchased my new bike for my round the world trip and will take my future business for support and parts elsewhere as i have lost confidence.
