Extremely poor service recieved! I never write reviews, however I feel like one is definately required in this instance. Breakdown of our experience below:- Andy came and measured up for the job and stated the start date will be 8-10 weeks but could be sooner if they can't do other jobs in the meantime as ours can be done in any weather.- We payed £2347.50 on the 10/02 and it was confirmed it's usually 8-10 weeks on a start date but we will try to fit you in sooner if possible.- We then waited 8 weeks and messaged on facebook asking for a rough start date, however we were advised that they were busy and can't give us a date.- I called the office on 08/04, spoke to Charlie and simply asked her if we have a rough start date. She stated multiple times that they have a lot of customers, are really busy and don't have a rough timescalle they can give. I explained the situation, advised all I'm asking for is a rough start date for the job and she advised that only Andy can advise of this and he will call me back later that day.- I hadn't recieved a call so I then called today, spoke to Charlie again, asked for an update and she gave me Andy's number.I called Andy, introduced myself very politely and the first thing he said quite aggresssively was oh it's you is it

Terrible company, would not recommend, no aftersales support, please be aware and do your research for other landscapers. We had a full landscape in our back garden which we were so excited about having done. During the time the works were being completed the guys were great and we were really pleased with how things were being done. Following completion we noticed that every time it rained, water was pooling in the middle of the patio. We have sent numerous emails stating our issues and initially received responses. Nearly 6 months down the line we no longer receive any response and no rectification for the issues. We have spent the past couple of days due to the change in weather having to brush away large amounts of water from the garden. We were also told the top level of our garden would be suitable to place a hot tub. On getting the tub it has become apparent that the ground is not level and our hot tub now sits on an angle. No guarantee has been provided for the work and zero after care service. For the amount of money we have paid for these works it is extremelyUpsetting we are now left with a garden that causes us nothing but issues and upset.

They are very helpful at cleggs all the guys are.. Had what we needed & delivered when they said ,good on price. Would definitely recommend!

I should have read the comments. We used them last year: among several issues, and to keep a long story short, they refused to give us a detailed quote despite asking multiple times, and then argued that we didn't ask for a number of things. Apparently all borders" means "some borders" in their minds

Nick and Adam spent a couple of days installing a new back garden fence. They are very hardworking lads who have made a fantastic job. They worked in high heat conditions which must have been hard work. Nick and Adam are a credit to your company.

Many thanks to Clegg Landscapes for the fantastic work they have completed on our patio.It was one of those labour intensive jobs that most companies don't like to tackle, and ended up taking longer than they anticipated, but the price didn't change and the patio now looks great. We will definitely be asking you to complete more work in the New Year.

rang up , and women answered very very rude I asked IF some one CAN come around and quote me , told me we dont do small jobs excuse me whole yard need flagging and fencing, what a utter rubbish told me to ring up next year. never use these guys awful customer service.yes iv rang correct number 100%

Dave, nick and Paul did a great job of landscaping our back garden, they listened to what we needed and went above and beyond giving a low maintenance, beautiful garden, thankyou to the three of you
